Is there any drifting events on in Vegas between the 10th and 19th of September?

Hi,

I'm living in Ireland and getting married on the 2nd of september in Portugal and then heading to Vegas on my honeymoon and thought I might get lucky and catch a trackday there...sickened i'm a week late for the D1 event :bash:

Is there any events on? Even grassroots ones? There's always plenty of private events here in Ireland so was thinking that there might be something going on there??

u-drift is open every day after 6pm IIRC.

just go out there and see what's going down. i havent been out there in a while, but from what i understand, there are always a shitload of people out there.

Vegas Pro-Am Rd.4 is gonna be during Formula D, so obviously you won't be attending that.

Also wondering where in vegas is good for car accessories. eg. Gauges, shifters, broadway mirrors etc etc?

I have no idea. I can honestly say i've been here for a year and havent gone to any of the local shops. you could try this shop called Vegas Speed, they might have something you are looking for.

plenty of speed shops out here. and u-drift usually does have a good turn out. i went out friday night and slid and there was a good 40 people just hanging out, about 10 of us driving. you can also rent the u-drift cars and slide around for around $50
