Okay so I notices my hood was popping out on the left side front
And that there was max camber, and when i go to check, the fuckin shock tower has like a 2-3 inch gap from
The body and i can see my tire thru there!

Anybody know what I need to do??

And is it safe to drive?

no it`s not safe to drive. tow it to a body shop or fab shop. good excuse to have the strut towers stitched welded.

Okay so i jacked up the car, then jacked the shock tower back under the fender area and my
Uncle did some nice welding( he has a degree in welding]

And its fixed
But i think my
Kts coils are blown or preloaded wrong cause they are bouncy
To the point
I cant even control the gas sometimes.

Am
I still safe to take
Turns hard or are the welds
To weak to
Hold it?

Instead of replying with some stupid ass internet cool guy answer, just fix your fucking problem and quit hitting the enter key. Yes I'm mad, at how damn stupid you are.

Instead of freaking out, take 4 seconds and search for answers. COilover preload, alignments, installations, all take minimal time to research; less time to look for sutff than to hit enter 7 times for a simple question. Don't blame idiocy on your telephone.

~Who gives a fuck how many times you press enter~Here is the answer. If properly welded it is now stronger than origanally manufactured. Get it aligned. If the coilover is still bouncy adjust it and rebuild if neccesary. I had coilovers on my Z31 and punched thru both rear towers. Just welded and reinforced them.

Didn't think I reitterated anything. The OP was obviously looking for a straightforeward answer to his question, and reassurance that his car is safe to drive. Just spouting that " search you fucking noob" bullshit is stupid. Get a life coolguy.

i rode like that for like 3 months. hit the tow hook fucked the frame.. drove like fucking shit. saved up and bought a shell. mine was bad though. where the strut tower connects to the frame it wasnt connected fromthe rad support all the way to the firewall.

Thank you sir, this is exactly what I needed.
I still need to get a little part of it plated&welded cause I can see through it at a little hole.

Do you think having less bouncy/blown coils will help ?

The factory glued the seams together, so the are pretty weak. Rcdad was right. Its a good time to stitch the towers together. Do that before aligning it. There are lots of cars running super stiff springs with no problems. Make sure your dampners are good. I assume you don't have a strut tower brace?

Hmm, Okay so do you mean to where the shock tower attaches like under the top of the fender? Cause I believe thats what we did,

I took off the top of the fender pulled it back,
pulled the shock tower back to its place and we did some stitch welding.

Is that what you mean ?

And nope I dont have a strut tower brace, nor a strut bar ( If thats the same thing )

I am looking for one asap though.

If you look at the tower there are several seams. On top ,down the side and where it attaches to the frame rail. Grind down to metal put a quarter inch bead every half inch along the seam. A brace will help to spread the load across both towers. My megan was like $20 used.

That's always fun. Picking up a welder next weekend to repair my tower splitting horizontally along the frame from the firewall to the tub. Good times. =D

S13's are weak as fuck up front. Can't wait to go crazy with the sawzall, grinder and welder. These are not lambo's yet you guys argue, bitch and moan as if they were $100k cars. Whine, whine, whine, bitch moan. Get some tampax, vagisil and shut the fuck up. Can't be helpful, shut your damn face.
