I was removing my injectors on my sohc engine when the little plastic piece that is on the end of the injector borke im guessing a piece of it went into the intake manifold i was wondering if the plastic piece will cause damage to the engine? i know this sounds like a stupid question im guessing i will need to go in to the manifold and take out the piece but im hoping it will just melt and go out the exhaust, i dont know please help me

It'll just melt during combustion and fly out the exhaust manifold. I have another question but I broke the tip off of a few of my injectors sometime during my engine swap but I was wondering if the injectors will still work correctly because I'm putting the fuel rail back on.

Thank you you just made my day, i dont think it will mist properly without the tip so it wont mix correctly and throw off your a/f ratio

I figured it would mess spray pattern but I was hoping someone would tell me it would be OK. I have another fuel rail with injectors but I felt like selling it. I guess I'll just put that one on insted.
