Interested in the wide band, does it come with the gauge, what stopped working?

Is the valve cover powder coated or just normal paint?

the valve cover is powdercoated pearl white, sorry forgot to add that,


and yes, the wideband comes with the gauge, it just stopped working, it doesn't turn on
