have a set of 4 to 5 lug conversion spacers, i was told they were 5x114.3, but seller bullshitted me and they are actually 5x120. So these are 4x114.3 to 5x120 spacers, 37mm, and will work perfect for those who are looking to throw on some universal 5 lug wheels or bmw rims. Looking to get $150, will come with set of lug nuts too

Not to jack your thread, but s14 rear seats will not fit into a hatch, coupes I am unsure of, but the definitely do not work in hatches.

Did you end up selling the spacers?

oh maybe just the fronts are direct fit, but i have seen lots of s14 seats in s13, guess theyre not direct bolt in im sorry for misinformation, heres a thread of someone putting them in a hatch
