first off 90 s13 w/ blacktop E5 ecu
FMIC/exhaust/255fp/nismofpr/intake/stock boost
Finished the swap and have been driving the car for a week or so
double checked ..
fuel pressure..37 w line on/43 w line off
timing 15btdc
boost leaks fixed .for now

The car idles right on point (950ish) and drives great through all rmp's
the problem comes at WOT....
Driving with half throttle the engine acts as i remember(strong) and boost holds as it should its only when i give WOt does it seem lack luster giving only alil more thrust over half throttle.
Yesterday i pulled the plugs and saw what looks like alil detonation (whitish tip on sp head) this of course freaked me out and now leads me to believe that im not getting the fuel like i should at wot...... but i did have boost leaks earlier that are now fixed so thinking that could be where thats from..
>weird things>
fuel pressure drops when engine is revved>>norm?
not recircing my bov so should be alil rich but>no black smoke under wot or sign of richness at all ..

If i had never driven an sr before i may have been satisfied in thinking its 100%
but not being able to even break traction in2nd seems puss..
(granted 8"wide rims and new sticky rubber + j30 diff >>but still )
or maybe this j30's ratios are tripping me up and making my low end suck?

what else can i do to be sure my fuel delivery is tiptop and not running lean?

help
At this point im willing to start replacing parts somewhat blindly
thinking the knock sensor is a good place to start
any other ideas.....

check CTS as well. i know after i replaced mine it seemed to run a lot better besides its like 30bucks so its not even expensive if its not the problem, plus on ~15-20year old motors its a good idea.

If the fuel pressure drops when you rev it up then you will need a new FPR. This exact problem happened to me. I got a new FPR and everything was better. Also, check your fuel rail for kinks in the hard line section, I had a small kink in my fuel rail so I eliminated it and just ran a longer hose... btw, when my SR is warmed up is usually idles around 850rpm.
