Ok what is going on is that when i am going around 50mph and up and i let off the gas the rear end starts to sway. if i press the gas it quits and if i press the brake it quits. i tried looking it up and all i could find is a pathfinder that replaced the stabalizer links and fixed it. just wondering if it sounds like a bushing or a link:picardfp:

what exactly do you mean sway?
if your getting EXCESSIVE movement, the subframe bushings could be a potential source of movement, as well as the sway bar end links.
you really need to be more descriptive to get a better answer

Sounds like you are not smooth with your controls and you are upsetting your balance.
This can be corrected by:
1. General maintenance (making sure suspension isn't blown and bushings aren't worn out)
2. Alignment
3. Tires
4. Track day

it was a sway side to side that was kind of scary. it felt like i was drifting. but i found it today when i was able to put it on a lift. it was a loose bolt

Check the rear hubs for play. Then balljoints.

DId the loose bolt solve the issue?
I can't see a loose bolt causing to act so violently. Hell I just went through my car tonight and had some that were not 100% tight, but the car drove just fine.

yes the bolt solved the issue.
Was it missing or loose?
Again I can't see how a loose bolt would enable the suspension to work any differently, being that the arms themselves are held in my the subframe 'bosses' sor tto speak, and the bolt isn't bending up and down. Oddness.

It would if it was the ruca since they have the stupid eccentric bolt but the rear lower doesnt have that its just held in their with not much play to move

The bolt had bored out the hole so it was moving up and down. Tightened it with a lock washer and the sway went away. So now I'm going to replace my rear control arms so I won't have this issue later
