Over $20,000 invested (not including labor)!

After much thought I have decided to sell my 240sx, I have no time to spend with the car since I had a kid. This baby purs like the day I got her. I got her in 07 fully built with all the mods listed below. At the time it was a show-n-go car, but I have not had the time to maintain her. She comes with LOTS of mods, it will make a great daily driver or track car. The motor is capable of up to 500hp internally, she currently sits at about 350hp. I haven't put very many miles on her since I got her. I got her at 113,000 on the tack, but she has read in kmh since the day I got her. It currently reads 127,XXX so that's about 8,700 miles. The motor has about 10,000 on the build, so it is has plenty of life left in her. Less than 1,000 miles ago I swapped in a brand new GT2860 turbo on Megan manifold. I tried listing as many mods as I can remember below. That's the good, as for the bad... The car has a rust spot on top of the roof, the hood popped and I didn't notice it under the cover till it was too late. I have enough spare paint and clear coat to redo the whole roof. This unfortunately ruined the brand new hood. I had a spare that I put on but it got scuffed/scratched in storage, the scratches are light and should buff out or you can put a new clear coat on it, your choice. This has holes cut out for Aerocatch hood pins, which I sold a while ago. She is also in need of new window seal in the back. This is pretty cheap, If I have time I may replace it myself. This car also has a carbon fiber drive shaft, this sits really close to the exhaust so the exhaust had to be welded so it wouldn't come in contact. This causes the exhaust gasket after the turbo elbow to blow due to the torque of the motor. I have put a torque damper on the motor which helped, but it is in need of a flex section (my muffler guy quoted me at 60$ installed). The car was involved in a minor accident back in late 07, only thing that happened was a broken tab on the s15 headlight, broken piece of fiberglass on the fender(about 1 inch square), and a broken tab on the bumper. I didn't have the money to get the front bumper repainted so I went through the insurance, they replaced everything. I will include all the old parts as spares (set of s15 headlights, an unused left s15 fender, and an s15 front bumper). I have tried to lay all the problems on the table so there is no surprises.
