i dont notice any slipping. It feels like its coming from the middle to back end of the car, also i think my fuel pump is going bad. When i cut the car off it sounds like a leprechaun is in my trunk knocking.

Could be a couple of things. I would first check that every thing is bolted tight on the rear subframe. Check the subframe bushings they tend to go bad. The backlash on ur new diff could be off causing a thump noise in your diff.

I would jack the car up from the rear. Have some one go in the car, hold the brakes & quickly engage & disengage the clutch while you look at it from underneath. Nothing should be rocking back & forward. What ever moves is what's causing the noise.
check your bushings! same thing happened to me, ordered a master bushing set.

That sounds like the notorious subframe clunk. This usually happens when you have old, worn subframe bushings. You can either get slip on collars or remove your subframe and burn the bushings out and replace them with ES bushings. The first is only a band-aid it will only solve your problems partially, the latter is the way to go.
