I have my 1991 S13 SE Hatch for sale. Before I go any further, this car needs a little work to get going. Currently it's been sitting for about 2 years.
What is has--
Aprrox 125-130k on chassis (gauge cluster replaced at some point due to "Not Actual Mileage" on the title)
CA18DET 5spd
OEM S15 T28 ball-bearing turbo (brand new from Nissan when purchased)
Nismo Motor and tranny mount(s).
Horsham Developments Stage 3 ECU
450cc injectors
Z32 MAF
Walbro 255 fuel pump
Rebuilt bottom end with approx 10k miles on it.
ARP head studs
Cometic Metal Headgasket
Centerforce Dual Friction Clutch
Stock Viscous LSD
SS Auto FMIC kit (24x12x3)
SS Auto downpipe and catback
Aluminum subframe bushings
HKS Super Sequential BOV
Battery relocated to trunk
Defi Electric water temp gauge
AEM UEGO wideband O2 gauge
HKS Type-1 turbo timer
S14 LE wheels (look like the Type-X wheels)
S14 Seats
Spare 5spd tranny
What is needs--
Radiator (had a koyo but that was sold to a friend)
Another gasket set (been sitting so I am sure most of the gaskets are dried out)
STOCK headgasket (I don't know if they fixed it yet, but apparently there was a defect in the cometic with oil leaking near the 4th cylinder)
Brake Pads and rotors (again, been sitting for a while)
Front left fender (wife hit a chain link fence)
Tires (again, been sitting for a while)
Paint (faded)
Dash (cracked)
Rust hole patched on the hatch
Might need a battery. I have an Optima Red Top in the trunk of it right now.
The drivers side door handle on the outside has an issue where the latchbar inside the door falls out of the plastic guide.
HICAS PS pump or non-hicas rack and dohc pump if you even want power steering. I never had it and didn't miss it.
As you can guess from the above description, the car does not run so it will need to be towed away. However, I have the title in hand and aside from the mileage not being actual, its clean and good to go.
All of this can be yours for the asking price of $1300 OBO.
Now anyone with half a brain knows that the parts alone are worth more than I am asking. Reason I am not parting it out and asking such a low price? My wife just had our baby son a few weeks ago and we are closing on a house at the end of this month. I am not allowed to take the car with me as the HOA of the place I am moving prohibits auto repair. I would have loved to rebuild this car and use it as my fun car but with all this going on right now, its just not feasible.

History of the car--
I purchased it back in 2006 in stock condition with around 110,000 miles on it. Shortly after picking it up, I purchased a CA18 motorset. I did a factory rebuild on the engine using a genuine Nissan gasket set. The bottom end was rebuilt by a local race shop. A very reputable person in the Nissan community here in FL helped me with the install.
