Turbo stud and header issue

[PIN GIO 2]

Hi, My brother heard i have an sr20det exhaust bad leak so i found out header flange end turbo mount crack. I am look for someone who can TIG welding it? I was trying take header off somehow i noticed i have other bad stud and nut won't turn and nut kinda fucked up. i cutting nut then i tried turn stud out but it keep turn and won't out! any suggesting? where can i take it to shop in Inland Empire?

Judging by your turbo. Do yourself a favor and put a stock SR turbo manifold back on.
