avoid dealing with Tae-Hyun

Back in November, I ordered a set of rear overfenders from this private seller. After a couple months, he told me the fenders had been damaged in shipping and that he would be refunding my money. a couple months after that, he sent me a small portion of what he owed me, and promised me he would send the rest later that week. He still hasn't sent me money, after promising multiple times that he would.

He recently quit responding to my messages, and I am getting sick of dealing with this guy. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM TAE-HYUN

well he sent me some of what he owed me. he still owes me 70 bucks and he quit responding to my messages again.
