Wire Harness Tuck Help

I tried searching for this in the search function, but wasn't successful in finding the proper thread. I own an S14 and under the driver side front fender there's some wires running across the top of the fender. It seems like there's going to be clearance issues if I don't re-locate the harness. I know people have done this, but I can seem to find a DIY or any info on how to do it.

label the cables 1 to 1 2 to 2 3 to 3 so on and so forth so you can put them all back together again sodar and heat shrink them... you can route which ever way you like here some tips
