by the look of it, it is possible an electric RC with slick tires with sponge in it. and as for the suspension, it is a bit hard to tell unless dissamble it and have a look :D

It looks like a 240 RC car too, I've been trying to find one of them.

He's running a sileighty, last time i checked www.jethobby.com sold ABC bodies, which is the company that makes silvias, 180's, ect. He's aslo using electrical tape on all four tires.

in oen of the newer Drift Tengoku videos, theres a segment of replica RC cars of the D1 cars...
its more than sideways!! hahah, even Imamura gets into the mix

i'm not sure if these are the same thing but as soon as i get some extra money i am going to buy and make one, you can buy engine upgrades and suspension and stuff.
