FYI, the headlights were painted by the previous owner. He was an idiot and did many stupid things to this poor car that I'm slowly fixing along the way. Not sure what he was thinking on painting the top of the headlights. Looks like spray paint and it just flakes off if you scratch it hard enough with your fingernails. They need a good cleaning, no cracks on the lenses as far as I could tell.
