WTB one 225 40 18 street tire, decent tread

I want one Decent street tire, I had a flat on the freeway, can be used, just not dry rotted. decent tread, like a federal or sunny tire is fine, it has sunny tires on the other 3 wheels, it's my street car. Close to Chino Hills is best, but I'll drive for the right price, looking to spend $40-70 depending on tire.
