Weird - switched from PFC to stock #63 and fuel pump wont stop priming???

So I recently switched over to a stock ECU setup (injectors and maf = stock) from the power fc. I went to prime the car and it wouldnt turn the pump off after a few seconds. The car started just fine and idled fine and the throttle response while revving seemed totally normal. Any thoughts to the cause of this? Later tonight Im going to take her for a drive and see if theres any issues under load.

Well she drives great and isnt running rich. Fuel pressure is still the same and isnt fluctuating at all... Hmmmmm...
