interior lights stereo wont work?

so my alternator went on my 1991 z32 fairlady tt..so i got it replaced..but now my radio,interior lights,wont turn on, my clock resets as well as my climate control to 25 everytime i start it...everything else works on the car..all the fuses are good,really stumped on this any ideas on what it could be?
also when i turn the dome lights on the door open light on the cluster lights up
