You have the sleeves put in and then you hone the sleeve to the correct bore of your pistons.

thats not completely true. yes you have them honed to the proper bore after pressing in, but you can get the sleeve wall in different thicknesses (usually special order) thats why i asked the sizes. the ones in my last SR were special order sleeves. thank you for providing the numbers though. they have always sat vertical, right? unused sleeves have an problem with bending if they sit on their sides for to long.
