Hello i am posting my problem with hopes of coming up with ideas for a solution. Well my ignition fuse is blowing frequently.
-The problem began several weeks ago and went away until yesterday.
- Sometimes i will drive for an hour or two before it will decide to blow the 30 amp fuse.
- Sometimes right after it will start up after i put another fuse in and just blow the fuse after i get about a 100 feet.
- Sometimes the fuse will blow before the starter can crank but after the fuel pump and accessories come on.
- Sometimes the fuse will blow right away before the fuel pump can even come on.
This problem is driving me nuts and ive thoroughly checked all possible exposed wires with no luck at all.
Ive disconnected my e fans completely with no luck. I have just ordered the short circuit finder tool with hopes it may work. This problem came about out of nowhere. I am wondering if anything getting wet may have caused it, even though i dont beleive it was wet when the problem started again
Furthermore, I actually drove home and made it. Right after i tried to turn the car back on it blew the fuse. Also i jumped the fuel pump relay because i had no luck getting that working properly.
