Which gauge cluster lights are supposed to come on when the key is in accessory mode - the position before you start the car?

I'm not sure if the PO removed some bulbs as the cluster is now blue, but what lights are supposed to come on?

On mine, I see oil light, e-brake light, door ajar light, and seatbelt.

Is the check engine light/MIL supposed to come on as well?

I googled and found this pic, but can't make out what the light left and right of the oil light is supposed to be (I'm thinking to the right is the CEL/MIL).

TIA

PS: Car is a '95 S14 with blacktop SR20DET swap.

And according to this link:

If I remove the cluster to look at the back, the lights for them should be towards the bottom left and right, no?

all of the lower warning lights are supposed to come on, as well as the ABS warning light. this is all test function

guy disconnected it probably for smog reasons or because he didnt want to see it illuminated all the time, shit like that.

There are bulbs in every connector that there should be. No ABS, airbag light or CEL lights up... Resistors maybe?

Double check all the bulbs, maybe they're burnt out. Also, double check the screws on the back. Not only do they hold the shit together, but they also act as an electrical connection to the gauge. For some fucking reason, my cluster was missing a few and caused the tach not to work.

Bulbs aren't burnt out. I swapped them with the ones I know that comes on, and they still turn on.
