For those interested, my first app for the iPhone was approved by Apple and is now available on the App Store.

MiseryIndex for iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad on the iTunes App Store (http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/miseryindex/id448994247?ls=1&mt=8)

I've recently started working on a new app for car and engine enthusiasts, should be available soon.

i was thinking of a appthat would allow the user to sort of add locations to a google map of driveaways or bumps low cars would not be able to go over.. maybe give a rating system so say a driveway is super bad, thats a 10.. not so bad.. 5 ect..
it should be fast to use.. maybe just a home screen button to add a location.. you should be able to quickly drag the location around incase your stupid gps miss places you.. you should be able to type a quick 120char comment asell.
that way over time it would develop a shared database of bad driveways and stuff for slammed guys.. and maybe it can have a alarm when your near one?
just a thoght.. make it! lol

Did you use xcode 3 or 4 when designing this?

Used Xcode 4 for the development.

Xcode 4 for the exporting as well?

I ask because Apple's documentation is all for Xcode 3, it's a PITA when it comes to exporting it to a usable package to send to Apple.

Xcode 4 for everything. And yes, code signing and exporting was the biggest PITA.

My packages keep getting rejected because of the code signing I believe, not being provided an explanation. Could you PM me the link you used for instructions? Or did you just kind of wing it?
