get the best Valentine One radar and laser detectors (http://www.valentine1.com/) but if you cant afford it, you can find used ones on ebay or craigslist for half the price if your lucky. just make sure it has the latest firmware.

so why are you calling a radar detector a "police scanner"? do you not know the difference or is this a cheap way to sell something that is not?
