So i went to start my s13 the other day to move it out of the garage. I hadn't drivien it in awhile because I was waiting for it to cool off to fix a PS leak and replace the AC compressor.

So i press in the clutch and it goes straight to the floor. I look outside the car and there is a huge puddle under the driver side door. So i figure it has to be the master cylinder since it is on the driver side. I go to buy a master and slave cylider (figure might as well replace them both) and when i take the master cylinder out there is no evidence of a leak anywhere on the master cylinder.

Any ideas? I can't seem to find where the leak originated from as it may have been leaking while it was sitting and anything on the car is damp (plus everything else is wet from the PS leak)

I am wondering if the hardline has a leak somewhere that isn't easy to see.

*edit*

hardline looks fine. Also, when i checked the master cylinder it was dry prior to replacing it.
