OK, first off you should put your weight and height so people can have something to compare to otherwise their opinions will mean jack shit. If you can, you should go and find these seats and sit in them and make your own decision.

im a corbeau dealer and have sat in both
they are both equally comfortable.
they are also similar in weight

im just looking for peoples thoughts

The fx 2 raises your legs up in the air and I don't like that. But this should be a personal choice. Looks wise though, do you want to stand out or not? If you are just looking to be flashy, get the fx 2. However, for comfort get the fx 1.

what waist do you wear? just curious what size person these seats are comfortable on, as I am also looking at these..

btw, I think the fx-1 looks better, and it appears it has a bit better lumbar support.

i like the fx-1. looking at the pictures it looks like there is more back support and will probably hold you in tighter. plus since it looks like there's more support it looks like it would be more comfortable if it's going into a car that also being daily driven and used on the track. never sat in a corbeau, but that's my 2¢
