Gauge & belt retraction not working

hi, im new to this forum, but i hit a road block last week.

when i tried plugging the connection for the auto sideview mirrors under the armrest i noticed that my belt stop retracting back & forth & my gauge cluster lights dont turn on anymore, also my rpm & fan stopped working?

i tried disconnecting and reconnecting the plug for the belts but it didnt do me any justice.

im just so lost with this.

if anyone can help me out, or even someone who lives in socal in the perimeter of clairemont & chula vista i would not mind meeting up. i appreciate any help thanks!

check the big fuse in the fuse box in the engine bay by the battery. it`s either green or brown.
