Yesterday I took a trip to Lynchburg for a day of dyno tuning at BandT Motorsports.
First Pull was 309 at the wheels. This is the tune that I have been running around on all last week. This was done at 19.5psi.
We made some minor adjustments to the Timing and Fuel and pulled a 329, then richened it up alittle and pulled a 325. We used this as our baseline for tuning.
After several pulls and tuning after each we reached 363rwhp and 266ft-lb. The power and torque curves were very smooth and the A/F were right on the money. These runs were done at 21-22psi.

We then put a mix of 93 and 110 race gas into the tank to be safe.
By going to 23psi and adding 2 deg of timing we were able to reach a peak of 389rwhp and torque jumped up to 315ft-lb. We stopped the tuning session after this due to how high the numbers and boost were for stock headgasket and stock internals. There is alot more power to be achieved if the torque curve is tuned to hold up and not fall off so sharply.

For a compairison this is a dyno from the Stock Fuel and Stock T25 Turbo.

I have videos of the runs and will post them soon.
