S13 SR20 into S14 wiring. Fuse box plugs.

As the title states, ive been doing the wiring for my S13 sr20 into my s14. So far i've been able to get the wipers wired up, the instrument plug and the ka relay all to the F3 plug.

I've been using tons of how to's and diagrams but the part that gets me if the 2 power plugs. I just need someone to tell me if i'm plugging these in somewhere or if i'm strictly cutting off the plugs and running the wires straight to the F3 plug.

I have diagrams of which wires go where, its just i've never actually found out if i'm supposed to plug these wires to the s14 fuse box maybe? not sure.
