stereo problem please help

hey guys I was trying to install a pioneer cd stereo in my dad's 88 nissan truck and when I was taking out the old tape deck i cut some wires and then i saw like a spark that light up then went away. I then realized i had forgotten to disconnect the battery but after doing that and then installing the new deck it wont power up at all and the clock on the dash is out as well as the cabin light thats suppose to turn on when you open the door. I looked for a burnt out fuse but couldn't find one.

Anybody know what happened and what i need to do to fix it or what it is going to cost me?

please help
