Just curious as I've never painted anything as small as a 240. How much epoxy primer would you run through? I plan to do a full wet coat then finish my filler/bw then hit it with another full wet coat. I'm just gonna get a gallon of the Urethane but I was curious about the epoxy primer since its so low build.

In the land of zilvia there is no such thing as too much primer.

depends on what your doing, if your just spot priming then a quart or 2 should do.

I have 1/2 Gallon mixed of epoxy to cover new unpainted plastic, and cover any bare metal/filler spots. Then the whole car will get 2K high build primer about 2 coats. I have 1 gallon of 2k primer mixed 4:1 will net me 1.25 quarts and thats MORE then enough.

i would just 2k the spots that need to be done and do a sealer over the car before spraying it
