Throttle problems

I have been working on the swap (blacktop S13) for a while now. I went a head an spent the money and bought the apexi powre fc d jetro i have everything but the o2 sensor hooked up. It starts up every time. But when I use the throttle it acts like it is choking out. I have tried to play with the wiring in the tps but no results. ANY and all suggestions will be taken. I have performed the sensor check and all sensors seam to be working fine. Thanks for everyone's time

connect the o2 and check the vacuum lines i had the same problem but never thought to check the vacuum lines especially the fpr vacuum
