Is it easily possible to run an S14 Intake manifold on an S13 Blacktop motor?

Also, can I run an S14 SR intake manifold on the S13 SR?

I have my whole car setup for an S14 SR, but it recently blew up, and apparently isn't repairable. I'd like to get a Blacktop SR to stay within budget, but would like to not have to redo my IC pipes, etc...

won't work.. s13 are a high port design and s14 are low port design

use your s14 head on the s13 block.

Only problem with that is he would have to externally feed oil pressure to the VTC cam solenoid, gear, etc... It would work if he didn't want to run VTC or had VTC killer cams in his motor already.

There is a thread here on zilvia that advises on how to run the s14 head on an s13 block. You obviously will need to make some electrical changes as well as obtaining an ecu to run all of it with.
