What rear brake system do I have?

Hey all, so when I got the car I assumed the previous owner did a complete z32 swap for front and back brakes but from what I see it doesn't seem like it is.

Plus a lot of the car had some small stupid problems that made me realize this guy was a cheapskate, and an idiot. I have a picture below, if there is any other way to tell a difference plz tell so I can order new pads.

Also what's a good pad for the rear that will grab hard! Will I have brake balance issues as well if I only change the rear?

Yeah, those aren't Z brakes. They appear to be the stock ones.

I've had it only for 4 months...I don't know that much about these cars yet, but thanks for trolling. If you want me to list all the crap the previous owner effed up and the fact that his craigslist post didn't really tell me only front than maybe u'd understand no wait...ur a green shrek troll =P

The guy didn't know what a diff was, how could I ask someone like that questions and I don't mind having a car that I find has goodies in it...Bought aftermarket sway bars one time only to find out it already had them in and returned it =).
