I have changed oil, changed gear oil, changed gas, changed spark plugs (all but one because autozone needs their truck in), wired everything, made sure I have the right fuel lines going to the right places, yet it still won't start. it will let out a few "PUH" sounds, but won't start..Please help me out!

Did you try charging the battery? Could be that your battery is dead.
Or that your battery doesn't have enough of a charge to power the starter, it'll seem fine cause the dash loghts work and the stereo works, but it takes a huge amount of volts to kick start that engine!
Hope this helps.

Check the voltage and make sure it's 12+..
It's really simple from there..
1) Check for spark (standard way)
2) Check for fuel (fuel pressure gauge, or you can pull off your intake manifold and fuel rail+injectors, hold a piece of paper to the end and crank to see if it sprays)
3) Check your timing-if you've messed with the timing chain, you can pull off the valve cover and turn and turn and turn until the two chain links line up on with the cams on the end. IF after you turn and turn for hours and the marks don't line up, your timing chain may have slipped when you're reassembling the engine. After that, it's a matter of checking the CAS. Make sure that it's TDC on the COMPRESSION stroke (I had it on the expulsion).
4) Finally check your compression.
If all four check out your engine will start..
