DGR coilovers for sale i used them for a little over 400 miles. The have not seen any abuse. The spring rates are 8k in the front 6k in the rear and they do go low. I dont remember the dampening adjustability but it also comes with adjustable pillow ball mounts and camber plates as well. Please contact me at 7862660577. I am asking 700 obo. These are for a S14
