SR20 AC bracket for dual cam compressor? Will it bolt up?

I have done my research and googled every square corner on the web. What I need to know is if I can run my s13 dual cam compressor on my SR20 black top S14 notch top AC bracket. I have heard rumors that a couple of the bolts will match up and that I will be fine, but I need to confirm this? Do I need to tap and drill additional holes? Any input or advice would be much appreciated.
