Loss of power, bogging while starting off.HELP

my 13 recently started losing power, struggling up hill, cant get past 70 on the freeway and when im at a stop, it takes forever to catch up to the speedlimit.

could it be a sensor unplugged/went bad?

and it sounds like a hissing noise coming from the car+i also have an automatic tranny that struggles with it and dont tell me to swap to manuel cause im ballin on a budget here

I recently had a loss of power, it turned out to that I was runnin on 3 cylinders, due to a bad injector. check your spark plugs and wires along with your injectors.
