I'm the one that "bought" these wheels.

As it stands right now I am pretty damn positive I have been ripped off for $1,100. If the seller wishes to prove me wrong he will need to provide a tracking number for the said shipment.

Simplified story: I gifted Gail Kopp(JZX90) $1,100 through paypal on 7/15 and have not received the wheels. He says they went out 7/22 but will not provide me a tracking number and has not responded to my phone calls or texts since Tuesday.
