what should my rb20 be idling be at? when i start up my car she starts off at like 900's then when she warms up she sit at like 13-1600 rpm? any ideas? or should i be good?

I think it's supposed to be 600rpm for the idle. You might need to adjust your TPS or your IACV needs to be adjusted.

There is a screw on it, Philips screw driver will do the trick. Adjust it after the car is warmed up.

the idle must be at 850rpm -/+ 50rpm
you have to deplug the IACV valve, run the engine at 2000rpm for a few seconds, adjust the idle screw on the IACV, again run the engine at 2000rpm for a few seconds, replug the IACV, and check the idle.Of course, the engine must be in temperature.

850rpm might be auto transmission, I'm sure it's 600-650 rpm for the 5speed.

i always set my engines at 800-900rpms, to account for idle drop when i shift in to Neutral

Im looking at the fsm right now, and it says 600rpm for both manual and auto transmissions with all accessories off.
Make sure your tps is set, unplug the acc connector and adjust idle via adjustment screw on acc unit. plug it back in and youre done.
