Dam that sucks. car looks clean.
So how much are you asking for?
Who ever buys the car, is getting the ref ticket with it.

Really? I thought it went away when you sell the car and I just pay the fines? I got reff for "illegal headers" they didn't know it was swaped but if I were to take it to the reff station I have a feeling they'll know its swaped their soo therefore I wanna get rid off it

The ref ticket is because the vehicle is not emissions legal in california - it goes with the car.
unless you sell to a dealer who "has to prepare the car for cali emissions" or the car is wrecked...and no longer exists.
I had a ref ticket. and traded it in at a dealer...

that sucks majorly
Either way whomever buys it will need to get it smogged, and even if you "know someone", they are going to be sketching out on a car that has already received a ref ticket.
that is terrible bro, I feel for you. Seriously that was always my greatest fear, much moreso than crashing.
I consider myself to be lucky as hell. Got pulled by CHP on surface streets (within 2 blocks of onramp). I had expired tags (cause I was waiting on a smog), 3" big ass muffler (though quiet) and he claimed I had no front plate (I did, he was an idiot).
they popped my hood, looked at it for like 45 seconds, closed it, and told me to have a good night. I didnt even get out of the car.
needless to say I was in shock and absolutely speechless. I got it smogged the next week and drove it for ~1.5 years with no incident, then crashed the hell out of it. Worth every penny.
Admittedly I dont live in the metro sprawl of LA/OC/San Bernardino/Riverside counties so CHP and sheriffs do not have the same hard on for busting JDM cars as they do down there.
My next plan is to cover up the engine with a plastic engine cover, black intercooler and black piping, and run low key dual tip exhaust like stock.
fuckin California....
