anyone use the Tokico HP shock & spring kit?

Looking for any personal experience with the Tokico HP spring&shock kit. Would be for my S14 with mild KA-T. How low are they? How stiff are the shocks? etc.
Also I guess if you want to say I should get brand_____ coilovers "cause they're sick, man" .....go ahead.

I have tokico shocks & struts on my s13, they are definitely stiffer than stock and it lowered almost 1.5in. Not low enough and not stiff enough period. I would recomend you get coilovers rather than waste your $ like I did.
