1997 Se for sale (maybe)

My wife and I are looking to buy a house, and I need to lower my debt/income ratio, so I am considering selling my 240.
Here are the specs:
1997 Se, black on black leather(aftermarket, but really nice.) Moonroof, Clarion cd/cassette double din. 58k on the car, I am the 3rd owner.
Car is bone-stock except for a erebuni shogun style front end that the previous owner had installed(you could return it to stock for about 350 in parts from courtesy nissan, and about 250 labor.)
Car is immaculate, no door dings, a few very minimal scratches.

I am looking at about 11900 obo, based on the value at kbb.com, and the average price of a similiar car on autotrader.com.

I love this car and don't want to sell it, but may have to. Please reply if interested.
