S14 SE speedometer show 0mph but miles still move?

Hello all, question recently bought a s14 SE cluster and plugged it in. Everything works except the speedometer. Miles move up just fine just never moves always 0..

Shows speed on my old base cluster but not on the SE anyway to fix?

Put your base model cluster back in? There better anyways
