Diff in 180sx type X? R200? and differences between ABS diff and non ABS diff?

What diff comes with the 180sx Type X? is it a R200?

cause my mates got a r200 diff and rear subframe off his crashed skyline, and he said he'll sell it to me real cheap if I wanted it, if not he was gona just sell it for market price.

And whats the differences between ABS diff and non-ABS diff? which one do I need? can I run either?

ABS diff is longer, because the sensor sits on the pinion shaft.

if it fits depends on what skyline it came from.
