please help my 91 coupe

ok so I bought a 91 240sx 5 spd for 500 from a tow yard. I drove it home and it was all good until I left it on my drive way running.
all of a sudden boom. upper radiator hose blew.
changed both upper and lower, noticed it still over heated.
changed the the thermostat and the radiator.
it stayed at 1/4 temp for about 15 min
so I took it on a test run.
it got really hot so I pulled over to let it cool down.
turned back on and it was at a 1/4 all the way home.
as I started to back into the drive it bogged and died.
tried starting but won't crank over but the car shakes like it want to but nothing.
no leaks, no white smoke?
could it be a BHG?
temp sensor? water pump? radiator cap?
Im helpless! but full of hope and faith!

could actually have been clogged from rust.. first thing i would do.. is get radiator flush.. its like you poor it in the radiator n let it warm up... then drive it around for a few minds then drain it .. then put like ... water with royal purple ice.. that stuff is proven to decrease temp aout 15 to 20 degrees. then i would try to maybe change the water pump.
