Ive even heard of the Circuit Sports lines leaking/failing/not threading properly. That being said Ebay lines are totally out of the qestion for me. Vegas has no shops I can simply walk into and pick up random parts to make my car work. It all has to be carefully planned and ordered online. I went with the DIF lines as they were the only ones which actually included the proper restrictor sizes for both bush and BB turbos. FRSport.com got em to me in a day and half. They also bolted right up to my Godspeed 18g with absolutely no issues.

LOL the turbo was free and is ran by a bunch of people now. Locally alone I know of 6 other cars with over 6 months of DD and numerous events on the 18g setup. Heck search 18g dyno thread on here

Zar!, Grenede180sx, Forest Wang, Jesse Hanna ect ect... all run godspeed turbos (Forest Wang worked for Full Race FYI and is a Formula D driver)

Back to the oil lines

search for ebay mani info or start a new thread. I have pics of my results in a few threads on sr's, rb's and 2jzs(650whp) all with ebay manifold. But for lines which if they leak could cause a fire I always go with reliable brands.

I just bought some Isis lines off Enjuku Racing, Their $110.00. Ive heard the ebay ones are fine but $65 sounds kind of Iffy.

I don't know how much of a quality difference there is going to be between circuit sports/isis vs. eBay but go for it.

Smh, don't buy anything from eBay, atleast performance wise. Save and buy quality so it lasts and works properly. Idc what anyone says do not cheap out on something important, if your going to do it do it right.

And as for the manifold the port matching will blow, the holes will be drilled poorly and won't match with the studs, it will most likely have a exhaust leak no matter what, and if your running a stock turbo the stock manifold is better, a aftermarket one really doesn't show any results on a stock turbo.

^^^You'll get garbage just like this.

This is from a well known company (Not known for quality though)
If a "real" company makes Shit like this I cant image what an Ebay company puts out

I had some CS SS Lines, they leaked in every way imaginable.

So I went to Summit racing and made my own. Perfect over the past 2 years.

This is just another prime example of why all parts need to be researched no matter who makes the part.

Not really, a quick search brings up quite a few people who've had problem with CS stuff. Remember CS stuff is just more ching chong knock off stuff sold as a higher price. Look at their Coilovers for example.... There just as good as godspeed, isis, XS Power ect.. just marketed a little bit better in the nissan world.

Must be User Error as far as the turbo lines go, cant speak for their other stuff since Ive never used it.

But like I said Ive used probably over 10 sets without issues

I run CS lines, no leaks here only thing I've ever had that was somewhat bad is the overflow tank, it leaks in one spot. Easily fixable my turbo lines ( both sets I've had ) work fine. The Isis lines and nylon braided not SS.

Ebay parts are a waste of money. go with Circut Sports they're not that much more expensive. ive had circut sports lines on my sr20 for like 2 years. no leaks

CS really isn't a name brand neither is Isis and there quality is far better than eBay garbage.

I'm running DIF lines with no issue. They also come with a heat shield for the coolant lines to protect them from getting too hot.

If I wasn't running DIF lines, I would just build my own. It is really simple.

Maybe it was just luck of the draw. I'm sure not everything works 100% of the time.

Why not spend the extra 20-30 for peace of mind knowing that DIF uses proven Goodridge lines and fittings rather than no name lines and fittings like Ebay, CS or ISIS? Its not exactly a 'break the bank' type of purchase we're talking about here...
