9k racing banned from marketplace???

Just wanted to see whats going on with their status, I cant seem to send a PM and all their thread are locked and status under "BANNED FROM MARKETPLACE". Their website is still under construction and im kinda looking into their spline quick release and dildo shifters.

Im not sure if this is a proper thread to begin with. Just trying to find out why. Usually when a user is banned from market place its has something to do with scam?

Are they cmin back to the marketplace??? :confused::confused::confused:

Exploited the marketplate.

Bumped too much, made too many for sale ads.

Never scammed or delivered a bad product, just didn't listen to the mods.

So I am now reversing all my advertiser payments via paypal like a boss.

Since the mods are hypocritical, I got banned.

Everyone has their buddies bump threads, yet I get banned for 30 days and I will be required to pay another payment to their company for no reason.

I will see most of you guys around, my account will be permanently banned now since my paypal transactions are getting reversed.

I will go directly to my bank and have them reverse the funds as well if I lose, which I won't.

see me on my350z, supra forums, nasioc and other places or at local races like formula D or willow spring events.

9K∙RACING™ Has not been an advertiser since April 14th. After that they moved into the For Sale section and started posting commercial advertisements. They were warned and then stated these were personal items. Then they started violating the Bump and Re-post rules. They were warned but kept doing it and were Banned from the Marketplace.

Based on the statements made after the Banned from the Marketplace they have been permanently BANNED.

They had claimed to have changed when we accepted them as an Advertiser. Apologized to the people they had harassed. But, it seems it was all a ruse. They are now Persona Non Grata.
