S13 headlight help

okay i have a question for some wiring geniuses out there. i have a 91 hatch but im tired of the pop ups and i like the sleepy eye look so i wanna use some headlights from a different car and have it sleepy eye all the time. like lights from a 92 camaro but ive seen write ups doing that but im not too sure on how to do the high beam and low beam part off of one relay so i was wondering if someone here can help me out or point me in the right direction? thanks for the help
