works is only brand i know that makes good sizes good wheels in 4 lug but i already have HD's so anything but that.

18x8 - 18x10 with a offset around zero.

open to whatever... dont care if they r beat up as long as not bent.

legit Racing Hart C2s that are 4 and 5 lug, and are 3 peice so yo can custom make them in any size you want. but you can find 18x8, 18x9 +35 if you look hard enough

the wheel sizing and offset youre asking for is 5 lug territory all day. NativG20 has a good idea with going with 9 hole wheels, you can find them in pretty good sizing and offsets and will set you up to swap to 5-lug on the cheap.
