SOO. im getting full boost, its full boost a lil after 3k. i can hear it fine, spooling and everything. but just no kick. it kinda sounds like its bogging out. please help!!! :ssex:

"i also noticed my actuator seemed to be stuck open"

ask yourself what this actuator does and you will find your answer.

it opens and closes, has a spring that needs a ceritan amount of pressure to be opened/closed. im kinda new to this. help would be greatly appreciated

if it's stuck open it's not gonna build enough boost

Sounds like a bad diaphragm in the wastegate actuator... Time to replace it.

should i just go ahead and replace the whole turbo? i was able to move the actuator with my hand back and fourth, i felt the spring/pressure it was a lot hah.

new actuator or smaller spring

Put air pressure on it with a gauge so you can monitor the psi and see if it bleeds off in a given amount of time. Even putting vacuum on it to see if there is a tear in the diaphragm.
